Whether you are wanting to complete your first triathlon, or are a seasoned professional, we have a training program for you. Each program has been specifically designed by head coach, Toby Coote, to get your to train right for your ability and triathlon distance. Our programs are not about getting you to train more, they are about training right!

Coach Toby has trained 9 world champions, triathletes of all abilities and across all distances. Having been a professional athlete himself, he knows the confidence you need to take into race day. And that confidence is by training right. Coach Toby is an accredited High Performance Triathlon Coach and heads the Sunshine Coast Tri Academy in Australia.

We have also created a Base Training Plan to bridge between training plans and keep your fitness and motivation up.
The Base Training Plans give you 8weeks of varied training so your interest stays high and your fitness spot on to commence your next race prep.
  • Sprint, Olympic & Half Ironman Programs are 12weeks
  • Ironman Programs are 16weeks
  • All Base Programs are 8weeks
